Take a look at the pencils. Last issue you saw that Gwen charged into the limits of womanhood in the workplace during the 1930s era. Did you think she was invented just to get past a scene with a damsel in distress? Is she a Mary Sue?
Oh heck no!
Far from it, Gwen is still sporting injury from looking into the doorway without goggles. A predictable conversation is met with character defining but unexpected clarity. She puts things in short order.
It is safe to add that the guest to the lab is impressed.
